Having second thoughts? No worries! Returns/Exchange is simple!
Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days from the delivery date for any reason(unless otherwise noted on the product page). Just email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order details and we’ll send you the return instructions. We also accept exchange within 30 calendar days from the delivery date.
As soon as the return is received, we will give you a full refund within 24 Hours.
Who covers the return/exchange shipping cost?
For domestic orders, return shipping costs will be provided by us. We will cover your return shipping label cost, so shipping returns back to us are completely free!
Shipping costs for orders outside of US are always the responsibility of the customer.
Can I cancel an order?
You can cancel an order within 30 minutes of placing the order using the cancellation link in your order confirmation email. If you want to cancel an order after the 30-minute window, you may email us at email@example.com
We can only cancel the order if it has not been processed.
I forgot to apply a coupon code to my order
We can still honor the coupon code and issue a store credit for the price difference if the coupon is valid at the time you contact us. Just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note we cannot provide a direct refund to your original payment account for the coupon value.
Can I use multiple coupons in one order?
Our system will accept one coupon code per order. You will have to make separate purchases to redeem multiple coupons.
Return & Exchange without a receipt or an order number
If you do not have a valid receipt or order number, we will attempt to verify the purchase using your email or shipping address. If we cannot verify the purchase, a return or an exchange cannot be processed.
